- AI does not make medical decisions
- AI does not send responses without doctor approval
- all medical communication is reviewed by a licensed doctor
We do not use identifiable patient data to train public AI models.
AI processing is performed by trusted providers under strict data protection agreements.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, for example Stripe.
We do not store full payment card details.
